Abstract

In the article, the uniqueness of Islamic culture, the principles of universality, and the principles of the methodological approach to the mutual relations of religious and national ideas are analyzed from a philosophical point of view. The author draws attention to the emergence of Islam, which is considered a unique world religion, and its philosophy as a result of the changes that destroyed various cultural closures, and formed ideas about humanity and universal values and ideas. The principles of uniqueness and universality of Islamic ideas in national cultures enable them to be in a lively dialectic unity thanks to integration, mutual influence, mutual fusion, and mutual penetration. In conclusion, it is shown that in the conditions of the development of globalism, the new socio-cultural environment affects the uniqueness and universality of national cultures, making it necessary to be ready for dialogue, humanism, and the preservation of cultural diversity. Purpose: To investigate the philosophical-theoretical aspects of Islamic culture and its universality from a philosophical point of view. Methodology: The principles of methodological approach to the problem, part and whole, unit and general, movement and development and comparative analysis methods have been used. Scientific novelty: an attempt was made to study the problem of uniqueness and universality in Islamic culture from the theoretical, functional and practical aspects, and the principles of its development in many Islamic countries were investigated.
