Abstract
- An interview with artist Jesse Darling is presented. Darling shares his view on the role of art education and the association of trans-exclusionary radical feminist (TERF) with the dereliction of the welfare state and the legacies of empire. He talks about the riot and violent protests demonstrated at his exhibition in Eastbourne, England, the use of figurative elements to convey tensions, and the way queer people navigate the world outside certain systems.
