Abstract

Due to insufficient consideration of various factors during the dynamic evaluation of the service capacity of the electric vehicle public charging service network, the evaluation effect is poor. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process is used to dynamically evaluate the service capacity of the network. This method first conducted an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of charging service capacity, in order to reasonably arrange the location and quantity of charging stations. Then, considering the travel characteristics of electric vehicle users and their tendency to pursue maximum utility during the charging process, a prediction of the charging demand for charging stations was obtained. Finally, a charging service capability evaluation model was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process. By determining the weights of each evaluation indicator and combining these weights with the actual evaluation scores, the evaluation results were comprehensively calculated. The experimental results show that the proposed method performs well in terms of evaluation accuracy and evaluation duration, with a maximum evaluation accuracy of 98% and a maximum evaluation duration of only 22 s.
