Abstract

The article reports the first observation of a novel green coloration in Lithobates palustris, previously unrecorded in the species, discovered by KH on September 26, 2022, near the Occoquan Reservoir, Virginia, highlighting an unusual pigment pattern compared to the typical brown coloration.
