Abstract
- Banana cultivation is one of the most important in tropical and subtropical countries. Black Sigatoka SN, Pseudocercospora fijiensis, is considered the most devastating crop disease worldwide. The objective of this work was to identify non-polluting molecules that allow them to be integrated into the NS disease management plan. In Carepa, Antioquia, Colombia, an experiment was established, in a randomized complete block design, on William cv banana plants. Great dwarf, 12 weeks old, which were sprayed every 7 days, for 5 weeks with the following treatments in solution: 1). GRAS 1.0 Lha-1 + Tenacious Resin 0.3 Lha-1 ; 2). GRAS 0.5 Lha-1.+ Bravonil 720 SC 0.625 Lha-1.+ Tenacious Resin 0.4 Lha-1; 3). GRAS 0.5 L/ Ha. + Manzate 430 SC 1.5 L/Ha.+ Tenacious Resin 0.5 L/Ha; 4). Banadak 1.0 Lha-1. + Tenacious Resin 0.5 Lha-1; 5). Banadak 0.5 Lha-1.+ Bravonil 720 SC 0.625 Lha-1; 6). Banadak 0.5 Lha-1.+ Manzate 430 SC 1.5 Lha-1; 7). Witness: Sprinkling with water. The severity variables and HF functional leaves were evaluated in all leaves. The severity variables at 35 and 49 days after starting the dda treatments did not show significant differences between the treatments, which had an efficiency over the control of 16 and 14% respectively. In relation to functional HF leaves at 35 daa, treatments 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 surpassed the control; Treatments 3 and 6 being the best, surpassing the control by 28%, equivalent to one more HF. It is concluded that the best treatments were 3 and 6, as they presented less severity and a greater number of HF. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
