ATSARGŲ VALDYMO PROCESO TOBULINIMAS UAB „DELUXE LINE”.

This article presents stock management system of UAB "Deluxe Line" and its improvement solutions. By analyzing the company's production, warehousing, and order management processes, the research problem is identified: what measures and methods should be used to improve the company's stock management processes? The aim objective of the work is to provide solutions for improving stock management in UAB "Deluxe Line" based on scientific literature analysis and empirical research. The paper analyzes stock management challenges and issues in the furniture manufacturing sector, presenting theoretical ways to improve stock management process. The empirical part presents the analysis of external and internal factors of UAB "Deluxe Line" as well as the analysis of stock management, providing proposals for improving stock management process.
