Abstract
- Urbanization has led to a break in the balance of the water environment, which has long been a relatively stable and slow process, and the city-water relationship has become a hotspot of constant attention in recent years. In this paper, watershed settlements under water environment are selected as the research object using bibliometric analysis, and comprehensive statistical analysis is carried out in terms of the number of papers, research institutions, disciplinary directions, and research themes to explore the research characteristics, current status and trends of watershed settlements under the influence of water environment. On this basis, a further thematic study was conducted with The Mulan Creek watershed cluster in Fujian Province, China. The results show that the research on watershed colonies has shown a steady development since entering the peak period in 2019, with research focusing on archaeology, architecture science engineering, and other related disciplines, and cross-disciplinary research characteristics have appeared. The article argues that the static and dynamic organization and study of the ecological space of the colonies under the influence of the water environment has become important for future research on the urban water environment The article believes that the study of static and dynamic organization and research of ecological space of settlements under the influence of water environment has become one of the important directions of urban water environment research in the future.
