Exact solution to wave equation using RqDTM in quantum calculus.

Abstract
- In this paper, we have solved the wave equation extensively using the conceptual basics and q-difference transformation methods of quantum calculus. The equation of motion describing the progressive wave is revisited along with its different representations in view of quantum calculus. In order to find exact solutions, the dimensionality of all the parameters related to the problem are described. As an essential outcome, it is also found that, as q tends to 1, the solution takes the form as it is in general Newtonian classical mechanics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
