Abstract

In this paper, the first time we have investigated double differential ionization cross sections (DDCS) of CF2Cl2 molecule and its fragments using the Jain-Khare semi-empirical method due to electron impact, which is relevant to multiple calculative purposes to understand the fundamental characteristics of CF2Cl2 molecule. For Double differential cross-sections, there are no comparable results to compare the current calculated findings related to the CF2Cl2 molecule; however, the calculated data may be used as reference data for future purposes.
