Abstract

Dielectric properties are crucial for designing efficient materials and devices across a range of technological applications. In this study, a topological insulator pallet of Bi2Te2.9Se0.1 has been prepared using Palletizer. Compressed Pellet into a circular (Bulk) shape was used for the dielectric parameter study. The dielectric parameters were examined by a solid test fixer of VNA at room temperature. The dielectric properties have been found and got the peak in the XRD characteristic. Dielectric loss is almost constant and after that, it decreases which shows the polarization and charge of the material. XRD analysis was done for used to identify the crystal structure.
