Reconocimiento de los procesos clave en la construcción de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento desde la experiencia de auditoría del conocimiento de un programa de Derecho en Colombia.

This article addresses the importance of human capital to adequately manage organizational knowledge and proposes strategies that allow enhancing the capacities and competencies of key people, to achieve this end. The methodology that was implemented was empirical-analytical, based on the audit model for key processes of the organization, and was developed in two phases: descriptive, with the construction of the flow, inventory and knowledge map of the Law program of the University of Manizales; and propositional, with the formulation of guidelines for the optimization of knowledge management in the intervened program. The knowledge audit was necessary to identify critical knowledge, who possessed it, how they managed it, and thereby conclude that the most important asset in terms of knowledge management of an organization is the human being himself, and the way in which projects its potentialities.
