Acalabrutinib/Ibrutinib: Various toxicities: 2 case reports.

This article presents two case reports of patients experiencing toxicities while being treated with Acalabrutinib and Ibrutinib for different types of cancer. The first case involves an 88-year-old man with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia who developed pruritus, upper extremity oedema, and a Staphylococcus aureus infection while on Ibrutinib. The second case involves a 75-year-old woman with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who experienced ecchymoses, upper extremity oedema, and sensory neuropathy while on Acalabrutinib.
