Abstract: The article investigates how mosquito salivary proteins facilitate arbovirus infection by binding to human immune molecules and inhibiting immune responses. Topics discussed include the role of Nest1 in enhancing virus burden, its impact on immune functions like phagocytosis and inflammation, and its implications for understanding mosquito-borne disease transmission.
