Abstract
- A 51-year-old man with advanced lung adenocarcinoma developed pneumonitis and colitis while being treated with pembrolizumab. He also developed drug resistance to colitis during treatment with methylprednisolone. The man exhibited lack of efficacy when treated with methylprednisolone, remdesivir, heparin, and unspecified antibiotics for COVID-19 infection. Despite receiving treatment, he died from acute respiratory distress syndrome and respiratory failure caused by COVID-19. [Extracted from the article]
