A 51-year-old man with advanced lung adenocarcinoma developed pneumonitis and colitis while being treated with pembrolizumab. He also developed drug resistance to colitis during treatment with methylprednisolone. The man exhibited lack of efficacy when treated with methylprednisolone, remdesivir, heparin, and unspecified antibiotics for COVID-19 infection.
