Abstract
- In a retrospective observational study, a patient with moderate to severe COVID-19 infection was treated with multiple drugs including remdesivir, canakinumab, colchicine, and doxofylline. However, the patient exhibited a lack of efficacy and ultimately died. The patient also received off-label treatment with canakinumab, colchicine, and doxofylline. The study suggests that these drugs may not be effective for treating COVID-19. [Extracted from the article]
