Multiple drugs: Cardiac arrest and lack of efficacy.

A retrospective study of 46 children with early-stage non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (ES-NHL) found that one child developed cardiac arrest during treatment with doxorubicin, resulting in death. Another child exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and methotrexate. Despite receiving treatment, disease progression was observed in the second child, indicating lack of efficacy to the drugs.
