Dexamethasone/Olanzapine: Hyperglycaemia and dyslipidaemia : case report.

A 57-year-old woman experienced hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia while being treated for breast cancer with dexamethasone and antipsychotic therapy with olanzapine. Her medical history included a recent breast cancer diagnosis and she was taking multiple medications concurrently. The combination of olanzapine and dexamethasone was determined to be the cause of her hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia.
