One of the key topics of the article is the consideration of strategies aimed at rethinking the attitude of society and the state to this problem. Today, society recognises the equal rights of person with special needs and provides them with equal opportunities in all areas of life, including education. The authors analyse the essence of inclusive education, which is the creation of conditions for the education and upbringing of children with special needs in joint groups. An important aspect of inclusive education is an individual approach to each child, regardless of their physiological, mental, social or other characteristics. Inclusive education creates an opportunity for a child to become an equal member of society and reduces the risks of isolation and segregation. Further research should be aimed at finding optimal strategies for implementing inclusive education to meet the tension between the needs of integration of persons with disabilities and the demand of society for quality education.
