Estimation of the neighborhood of metric regularity for quadratic functions.

Metric regularity is widely concerned since its important applications in optimization and control theory. For promoting the application of metric regularity, it is valuable to study the estimation of the neighborhood which makes the regularity hold. However, it seems that no result has been established about this issue. This paper investigates the estimation of the neighborhood of metric regularity for quadratic functions.
