Abstract
- A 47-year-old man experienced staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome while being treated with methotrexate for suspected psoriatic arthritis. He also showed lack of efficacy and drug intolerance during treatment with various medications for acquired epidermolysis bullosa and psoriatic erythrodermia. Despite receiving multiple treatments, his condition worsened, and he developed systemic candidiasis, bacteremia, pneumonia, and multiple organ failure. Unfortunately, he passed away.
