Cidofovir: Lack of efficacy : case report.

A 60-year-old man with mixed connective tissue disease and interstitial lung disease-related end-stage lung disease underwent a bilateral lung transplant. After the surgery, he developed adenovirus pneumonitis and was treated with cidofovir.
