Abstract
- An 18-year-old pregnant woman with pre-eclampsia experienced a lack of efficacy during treatment with magnesium, labetalol, hydralazine, and nicardipine. Despite receiving these medications, her systolic blood pressure remained high and she developed multiple complications, including intracerebral hemorrhage, HELLP Syndrome, multiorgan failure, and ultimately died from cardiac arrest. This case suggests that the combination of these antihypertensive drugs was not effective in managing her condition. [Extracted from the article]
