ENTRE O ARTIFICIAL E O RELACIONAL: A ENCRUZILHADA DA DATAFICAÇÃO NO ACESSO AO DIREITO A PROTEÇÃO SOCIAL NO CONTEXTO BRASILEIRO.

The content of this article is based on the conjunctural reverberations arising from the pandemic from Covid-19, that asserted the unequal expressions of life and that are inseparable from the capitalist contradictions. They also stamped the public prohibitions of (non) access to rights in the field of Brazilian social protection, in particular, the social assistance policy operated by the Unified Social Assistance System -- SUAS. This discussion is based on the recognition of the technological incorporation exponential in the various areas of social and human life. In this way, we seek to shed light on the modes of operation of SUAS with the increasing use of artificial intelligence and application of technological tools in the operationalization of this public policy. Part of questions focused on the dichotomies between the relational nature as the specificity of social protection and its subordinate connection to the excluding and mediating automation of highly bureaucratized processes. It is argued that this logic produces a given dataified exclusion and represents the antithesis of the ethical- political direction of expansion of the right to social protection, with urgent debate about its implications in this socio-historical quadrant.
