Abstract

This article explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and patient satisfaction in community health centers. The study found that employee compensation significantly influenced patient satisfaction, while factors such as supervision and work relationships did not have a significant impact. The research also examined various demographic factors and their correlation with patient satisfaction. The findings suggest the importance of considering compensation factors in strategies to improve patient satisfaction. Additionally, the article provides a list of references to other research articles related to patient satisfaction, healthcare services, and job satisfaction. Another article discussed in the document focuses on the impact of specific training on nurses' competence in evidence-based practice and the hospital practice environment. The study found that nurses who received training demonstrated higher levels of evidence-based practice competence, and a positive hospital practice environment was associated with higher levels of competence.
