Abstract
- The article evaluates the interuniversity geriatric case competition established by the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Programs (GWEP) of Saint Louis University (SLU) and the University of Minnesota (UMN) to help students gain geriatric competencies. A 22-item rubric was used by the judges to rate presentations. It notes that the competitions provided novel and engaging interprofessional learning activities for health professional students, coaches, and judges.
