Abstract
- Under the background of uncertainty of renewable energy output, in order to solve the coordination of interests between electric vehicle charging station and virtual power plant, a bi-level optimal dispatching model was constructed with virtual power plant operator as the main body and electric vehicle(EV) charging station as the subordinate body. Firstly, combining the hydrogen energy system and the demand response characteristics of electric and heat load, a source-load coordinated response mechanism was designed to improve the overall flexible operation of the system. Secondly, a dynamic pricing strategy was proposed by combining the energy-load distribution of virtual power plant, carbon emissions, and the operation plan of EV charging station to guide the lower EV charging station to participate in virtual power plant scheduling. It ensured that it can prioritize the consumption of renewable energy and coordinate the interests between the upper and lower levels. Thirdly, a stepped carbon trading mechanism and carbon capture equipment were introduced to further enhance the system's low-carbon operation capability. Finally, the CPLEX commercial solver was used to solve the bi-level planning model iteratively, and the joint optimal discrimination mechanism was introduced to select the joint optimal solution.
