Abstract
- Industrializing coffee is an important aspect for the country because. in addition to generating an added value to the raw material at the time of production, it strengthens the Ecuadorian industrial sector. The objective of this research is to diagnose coffee production in the canton of Jipijapa, province of Manabí, Ecuador. For this purpose, research was conducted on the national and international theoretical foundations of administrative management, the characterization of coffee production, its importance, evaluation and inadequacies. The main theoretical aspects on which the management of coffee microenterprises is based were investigated and a diagnosis was made of the current situation in Jipijapa, as well as the management system in this canton.
