Abstract

Regression testing is a testing technique that verifies that changes to a software application or system have not been infected with additional defects or negatively impacted the already-existing functionality of a software. This is particularly important when new features are integrated or modifications are made to existing code, as these changes can introduce unintended consequences and disrupt the intended behaviour of the software. It helps to ensure that the software continuously performs well as expected after the changes are made. It typically involves re-executing a subset of previously executed test cases to establish that the software performs well and behaves as expected. In this project, we have done the project using machine learning algorithms such as K-means while addressing the issues faced in traditional methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
