A comparative study of medical chatbots.

In this paper, we aim to provide a comparative study of various chatbots that is created till date. Agent or chatbot technology is a text-based interaction system, often referred to as conversational dialogue. It is being used to combat these issues by mental health experts. A chatbot is a computer programme that uses Natural Language Processing to mimic human-to-human communication over the Internet. A chatbot can forecast users' moods in addition to understanding their emotions. Various works have been thoroughly studied and from there we have performed the comparison of the chatbot. We have compared and analyzed the papers based of various performance metrics and got a detailed analysis of the technology used and accuracy achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
