Abstract

This article presents four case reports of children aged 6-11 years who developed haematological toxicity while undergoing treatment for undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver (UESL). The patients received a combination of vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide, and etoposide. Despite the toxicity, all patients underwent complete resection of liver tumors and received additional treatments such as radiotherapy. Remission of UESL was observed in all cases, with varying durations of remission ranging from 9 to 26 months. [Extracted from the article]
