The article discusses the changing landscape of leadership styles, from traditional hierarchical approaches to more collaborative and adaptive models. It emphasizes the importance of leaders adopting creative tactics and exploring the similarities and differences between traditional and modern leadership styles. The article suggests that gaming theory can offer valuable insights into understanding and building modern leadership skills. By playing multiplayer strategy games and serious games designed for leadership development, leaders can improve their crisis management, negotiation, and diplomatic skills in a risk-free setting.
