Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to describe and prove the role of organizational culture in improving member performance in the organization. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques. The results showed that organizational culture proved to have an important role for the continuity of student association organizational activities or the performance of members of the organization. The organizational culture in the student association environment is very good. Then added with the performance of the members in the student association is also very good. One of the supporting factors is an organizational culture that supports and humanizes its members. Organizational leaders should care about organizational culture because it will have a direct impact on the performance of its members, such as increased quality and quantity, high enthusiasm, contributing and feeling fully responsible.
