Abstract
- Key Clinical Message: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are associated with an increased risk of bleeding, most commonly intracranial and gastric bleeding, especially in conjunction with anticoagulant use. Although uncommon, escitalopram is associated with epistaxis in a doseādependent manner. Dosage reduction may be sufficient in management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
