The article presents algorithms concerning computing machinery. It includes algorithm 378 which discusses discretized Newton-like method for solving a system of simultaneous nonlinear equations, algorithm 379 which involves the SQUANK or Simpson Quadrature Used Adaptively-Noise Killed). Remarks on algorithm 341 which involves the solution of linear programs in 0-1 variables by implicit enumeration, on algorithm 351 which is on modified Romberg quadrature and on algorithm 353 which is on Filon Quadrature are also discussed.
