Boşanma Sürecindeki Bireylere Dair Tanımlayıcı Bir Araştırma.

Divorce is a subject that is generally handled with its causes and consequences, and its effects on the individual and the child are investigated. In this research, which considers divorce as a process; the socio-demographic characteristics of the individuals in the divorce process, the factors causing the divorce, the current status of the individuals in the divorce process and their thoughts about the future were tried to be revealed. The research is a single survey model, which is among the general survey models. 152 individuals participated in the research conducted in Trabzon 1st Family Court. Data were collected using a questionnaire created by the researchers. The data obtained by face-to-face interviews with the participants were analyzed using the SPSS 21 package program and frequency distributions were made. According to the results obtained in the research; It was found that the most common reasons for divorce by the participants were the attitudes and behaviors of the spouse's family (42.8%), conflict-disagreement (42.7%), infidelity (34.8%) and violence (34.2%). In addition, it was found that 82.2% of the participants experienced violence from their spouses in their married life. Among the problems that participants may encounter in the future after the divorce process, the most frequently mentioned issues are; It was found that there are economic problems (37.5%), problems in establishing personal relationships with children (23%), emotional and psychological problems at the individual level (20.3%), and stigmatization in the social/social field.
