Abstract
- This article explores the potential connection between adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) and synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome. It presents a case study of a patient who developed SAPHO syndrome after being diagnosed with AOSD. The article suggests that the immune system abnormalities and genetic susceptibility associated with these diseases may contribute to their coexistence. However, more research is needed to fully understand the relationship between AOSD and SAPHO syndrome. The article concludes by emphasizing the need for further investigation into the potential association and genetic basis of these conditions. [Extracted from the article]
