Abstract
- This article discusses the issue of negative interference from calcium dobesilate in the Roche sarcosine oxidase creatinine assay and proposes a solution using CuO. The study found that calcium dobesilate can cause false decreased creatinine values in patients, which poses challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment. The researchers conducted experiments using CuO as an oxidant to correct the interference of calcium dobesilate on serum creatinine measurements. The results showed that CuO effectively corrected the interference, making it a cost-effective and easily implementable solution compared to other methods. However, further testing is needed to determine its application in other detecting systems. [Extracted from the article]
