The presented scientific paper arises mainly in the context of solving current issues, problems of theory and practice of entrepreneurship. In particular, in the field of dispositional solutions, dimensions of the formation of normative basis of sustainable development in the field of production and logistics. It is an expression and continuation of the previous opinion, thought march, experiential expression of the authors on the issue. It focuses mainly on the current challenges associated with the development management of production and logistics, on the parameters that will need to be respected and, to a greater extent, applied in the future. It is also a response to the fact in the sense that the results of research, predispositions in the field are insufficient. Especially in terms of the approach to solving the problems of the normative base, not only in the responsible authorities, institutions in this area, but also in the business units themselves.
