PROTIPRÁVNÍ JEDNÁNÍ DĚTÍ: TY ROSTEŠ PRO KRIMINÁL!

The text introduces the issue of crime committed by children under the age of fifteen. The topic of crime committed by children is briefly introduced by a definition of the current legislative framework of the Czech Republic and is further developed by a description of the procedure of the police in criminal proceedings with child off enders. The central line is formed by two anamnestic events, from which partial steps are derived, representing the necessary basis for the knowledge and acquisition of facts in order to reach an objective decision in the process of criminal proceedings in a given case. The theme is thus developed, on the one hand, through purely police procedures and, on the other hand, through a comprehensive understanding of the actions of "naughty children". Attention is paid to the influences on the child from the primary family, from the wider social and virtual environment. With respect to the context of the described events, the sequence of events around the child, who in a defined period of his life became a person of interest for the police, prosecutor, judge and the social and legal protection of children, is reflected [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
