Abstract: The article discusses the development and validation of PROGRxN-BCa, an artificial intelligence-based tool for predicting 5-year progression risk in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). It outperforms current prognostic tools, improves stratification of intermediate-risk patients, and demonstrates high accuracy in predicting time to progression, offering potential benefits for treatment decision-making and clinical trial enrollment.
