Abstract

The Journal of Map & Geography Libraries has awarded Sarah Zhang's article, "Teaching Spatial Literacy in an Equity-Informed Public Engagement: An Academic Library's Case Study," as the Best Paper for Volume 18. Zhang's article explores the challenge and learning opportunity of enhancing spatial literacy and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services for nonacademic audiences.
