Sustained Intraprocedural Cardiac Arrest During BASILICA TAVR.

The bioprosthetic or native aortic scallop intentional laceration to prevent iatrogenic coronary artery obstruction (BASILICA) procedure allows patients with severe aortic stenosis and anatomical challenges from aortic leaflet orientation, positioning of coronary ostia, and height of sinuses of Valsalva to undergo TAVR.
