Abstract
- This article describes a novel endoscopic continuous suture technique for closing mucosal defects after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in a patient who had undergone liver transplantation. The authors modified a clip and used a size-2/0 absorbable barbed suturing line to close the defect. The procedure involved inserting and fixing the modified clip at the distal edge of the defect, placing additional clips, and pulling the suture line to achieve complete closure. The technique aims to provide robust fixation of the wound and prevent mucosal tears. [Extracted from the article]
