Abstract
- This article discusses a case report of a patient with Synovitis‐acne‐pustulosis‐hyperostosis‐osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome, a rare autoinflammatory disease characterized by osteoarticular lesions and skin involvement. The patient also developed thoracic outlet syndrome, a condition where the brachial plexus nerve or subclavian vessels are compressed at the thoracic outlet. The article highlights the challenges in diagnosing and treating thoracic outlet syndrome as a complication of SAPHO syndrome. The authors emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and the use of TNF inhibitors to prevent severe complications that may require surgery. [Extracted from the article]
