Abstract

This document discusses two separate cases related to dermatologic surgery. The first case involves the use of an anterior alarotomy technique to access and visualize a basal cell carcinoma of the nasal vestibule during Mohs micrographic surgery. The second case describes the use of Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of a newly described nail unit malignant neoplasm called malignant onychopapilloma. Both cases highlight innovative surgical approaches and demonstrate the potential effectiveness of Mohs micrographic surgery in treating these specific conditions. [Extracted from the article]
