Abstract

The article discusses highlights from the 2nd Annual International Keratoconus Academy (IKA) Keratoconus Symposium convened in Bethesda, Maryland on May 18 and 19, 2024. Topics include an overview of the important role of topography and tomography in diagnosing keratoconus early in patients, how optometrists can proactively manage Demodex blepharitis, and innovations and interdisciplinary approaches in glaucoma management.
