Abstract

This article outlines the fundamentals of the theory and calculation of electroferromagnetic circuits that have a stable wide falling section in the amplitude characteristic, and also discusses the possibilities of their use for current stabilization to control the state of triode thyristors in alternating current circuits, where synchronization of the control signal with the mains frequency is necessary. Calculation methods for various operating modes of current stabilizers are outlined. In order to improve the technical and economic indicators, schemes of stabilizing devices based on magnetic amplifiers with an electroferromagnetic control circuit have been proposed.
