缺血性脑卒中膈肌功能障碍处置策略的研究进展.

Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with high incidence and disability rate. After ischemic stroke, different parts of the nervous system injury may lead to different degrees of diaphragmatic dysfunction, which not only affects the respiratory function and physical stability of patients, but also restricts the overall rehabilitation process of patients. According to the characteristics of diaphragmatic dysfunction at different stages after ischemic stroke, selecting appropriate rehabilitation treatment techniques will effectively improve diaphragmatic function, enhance lung function reserve and physical stability, and provide a basis for motor function rehabilitation. According to the clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke in different periods, this paper reviewed the research progress and comprehensive application of diaphragmatic rehabilitation treatment techniques in different periods, in order to provide reference for the formulation of clinical treatment strategies.
