Within educational systems, the university is the peak institution in the transmission of cultural and symbolic capital, it is at this level that said transfer has a more direct, evident and immediate implication with the life project of students and the working market. Ttransition through Higher Education not only satisfies learning needs, it also contributes to the improvement of living conditions and social well-being. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to study the relationship between education and work, since both are tools for economic growth, but also for social inclusion. The research results of the institutional project are presented:"Improvement of training processes at the University of Havana: study plans, modalities and degree of satisfaction of the process". It addressed the labor insertion of graduates of the University of Havana, based on the analysis of the state of the links between training and the world of employment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
