Abstract
- This document is a letter to the editor published in the journal Neurological Sciences. The letter discusses a case of a rare syndrome known as "person in the barrel" syndrome, which is characterized by brachial diplegia. The case being reported is unique because it is caused by a traumatic cervical injury, which has not been previously documented. The letter provides a detailed description of the case and highlights the importance of considering traumatic cervical injuries as potential causes of the syndrome. The authors also propose using the gender-neutral term "person in the barrel" instead of "man in the barrel" to be more inclusive. [Extracted from the article]
